The Dumpling Company, originally founded as The Dumpling Lady, was created in 2020 as a pandemic project by a husband and wife duo with a background in Culinary Arts and hospitality management.
As time went on, the world went back to their normal lives, but you kept wanting more dumplings so we obliged: we kept The Dumpling Lady / The Dumpling Company alive. With a few changes along the way, we are now an established company with its focus on event catering and wholesale accounts & customers all over Miami.
Catering
Our specialty is private event catering in home or in event venues. Our catering experience offers a hands-off experience where we take care of everything as it related to the cooking and serving of the food. We provide the necessary materials to cook and serve the food buffet style. We offer a decorated buffet table with Chinese take out containers and food labels. Our dumplings are all hand-folded and our recipes all crafted by our Chef and Owner Adrian Patron, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, the #1 culinary school in the United States. Our co-owner, Dominique, handles all of the front of the house aspects of our catering experience. She will assist you with catering proposals, menu selection and will be your point of contact throughout your event.
