OUR STORY
The Dumpling Company, previously known as The Dumpling Lady, is an artisan dumpling company founded by a husband and wife team in response to Covid-19 after their hotels shut down in March 2020. Adrian and Dominique have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years combined.
Having their livelihood tested by this terrible pandemic, they knew something had to be done. They began by testing recipes at home in March and found that their love for dumplings could be turned into a business. By May, they started selling their first three dumplings and three sauces to friends and family and then to the local Miami market.

We focus on making ingredients shine in their simple forms. Our protein-based dumplings are exactly that: protein based. Our vegetable dumplings are carefully crafted to be absolutely delicious without compromise for the lack of meat or animal products. Although our main focus is dumplings, we felt our menu needed something sweet and this cookie was the perfect addition. Our Miso Oreo Chocolate Chip cookies features a delicious balance in salty and sweet. The miso provides the perfect level of salt, while the Oreos and chocolate chips give it the sweetness.
